MAKING POSTERS

We are going to make some posters about electric topics, we are going to work in pairs, the students have to choose one of the topics below.

• ELECTRIC SYMBOLS
• MAGNITUDES (volt, ampere, ohm, watt , coulomb, kwh)
• OHM´S LAW
• SERIES CIRCUITS
• PARALLEL CIRCUITS
• DC circuits
• AC circuits
• PRECAUTIONS (electric hazards)

Some useful tips and information:

• Design the poster (DINA4)
• Prepare the information that you are going to include. Don´t include too much text, not only writing,
• Get information (Handout, Internet)
• Use the text, more graphs, charts and images when possible.
• Show and correct the draft with the teacher and assistant teacher
• Use the computer application Openoffice draw in order to make the poster.
• The size of the poster should be 59,4 cm x 42 cm (DINA2)
• Make the poster: use colours, pictures, graphics, text and whatever you need.
• Print the poster (teacher)
• Present your poster to the class.
